This project involved designing and developing a comprehensive sales dashboard for Memdal Retail Stores, focused on visualizing key business metrics from 2016 to 2019. The dashboard provides insights into the store’s revenue, expenses, profit margins, and sales trends across different products, branches, and customer segments.

Key highlights of the dashboard include:

Revenue, Expenses, and Profit Analysis: The store generated a total revenue of ?29,357,978, with expenses amounting to ?17,277,380, leading to a profit of ?12,080,598 and a profit margin of 41%.
Sales Insights: 27,658 total orders were processed, with a return rate of 3%. The analysis showcases the top products by profit, with Mountain and Road Bikes being the best-selling categories.


Branch Performance: Ibadan led the way with the highest profit (?6,459,327), followed by Surulere and Lekki branches.
Customer and Product Returns: Product returns data are analyzed by reasons such as unmet expectations and wrong products. Customer segmentation is also done by gender, with nearly equal contribution from both male and female customers.
Profit Growth Trends: Month-over-month and year-over-year profit growth trends highlight seasonal peaks in sales and yearly profit fluctuations, helping identify opportunities for improvement.


This dashboard provides actionable insights to drive better decision-making in inventory management, customer targeting, and sales strategies.
