User Accounts

To access certain features of Talentdigit, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Course Content

All course content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and video, is owned by Talentdigit or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any course content without the express written permission of Talentdigit.

User Content

You may submit content, including but not limited to comments, reviews, and feedback, to Talentdigit. You retain all rights to your user content, but you grant Talentdigit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify your user content in connection with Talentdigit's business.

Data Protection Data Collection

The User understands and agrees that the Portal will collect personal data, as defined in the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), from the User during the registration and usage of the Portal. This personal data may include but is not limited to the User's name, contact information, and other relevant information required for program enrollment.

Data Use

Talentdigit shall use the personal data collected from the User solely for the administration of the contractual relationship as described and defined in this Agreement. This may include, but is not limited to, communication with the User, processing of registration, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Data Security

Talentdigit is committed to safeguarding the User's personal data and will implement reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal data. Talentdigit complies with the NDPR and takes necessary steps to ensure data privacy and security.

Data Retention

Talentdigit will retain the User's personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Data Sharing

Talentdigit may share the User's personal data with relevant regulatory authorities, as required by law, to fulfill its regulatory obligations. Talentdigit will not disclose personal data to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes without the User's explicit consent.

User's Rights

The User has the right to access, rectify, and request the erasure of their personal data, as provided by the NDPR. To exercise these rights or for any data-related inquiries, the User can contact Talentdigit through the contact details provided in the Portal.

By taking part in any of Talentdigit's activities and trainings, the trainee gives Talentdigit the unlimited right to use and share any images, videos, or audio recordings in which the trainee appears. Talentdigit may use these photos and/or recordings indefinitely for marketing, instructional, or other relevant purposes. The trainee grants permission for these materials to be used without payment, and he or she renounces any claim to see or approve the final product in which their image appears.

Payment

You may be required to pay a fee to access certain courses on Talentdigit. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Talentdigit reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time.

Termination

Talentdigit may terminate your account and/or access to its services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to access or use Talentdigit will immediately cease.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Talentdigit provides its services "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. Talentdigit specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Talentdigit be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use Talentdigit's services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Talentdigit, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Talentdigit's services or your breach of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Talentdigit is headquartered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Talentdigit may modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice to you. Your continued use of Talentdigit's services after any such modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Acceptance

By accessing and using the Portal, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Talentdigit with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Talentdigit.
